Research, and the rooms where it gets argued over.
We publish short, evidence-led notes on the people problems leaders keep running into, and we host a small monthly conversation about them.
The Chakra Roundtable
Ten leaders. One theme. No pitches.
Each month we invite a small group of HR and business leaders for a ninety-minute conversation on a single theme, such as why good managers quit or why culture programmes fade.
We open with five minutes of our own findings. Then it's an open, off-the-record discussion between people who live with the problem every day. Guests are welcome to bring one peer.
- 8 to 12 senior HR and business leaders
- 90 minutes, in person or online
- Chatham House rule: nothing is attributed
Field notes
Short research on the questions leaders keep asking.
Each note draws on a survey of 50 to 100 people and a handful of interviews. Two pages, three charts, no padding.
Why good managers quit
What exit interviews miss, and what managers say when nobody from HR is in the room.
The first ninety days
What new joiners notice about a culture before they learn to stop noticing it.
Where leadership time goes
A look at the meetings, approvals and escalations that quietly eat a leader's week.
